Calvexa® (selvegepant) is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to selvegepant or to any of the excipients.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

Discontinue Calvexa® if a serious hypersensitivity reaction occurs. Avoid use in patients with severe hepatic impairment.

ADVERSE REACTIONS

Most common adverse reactions (≥2% vs placebo): nausea (2.7%), indigestion (2.4%), abdominal pain (1.5%).
